We roast our coffee in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Each bag of coffee has a “Date Roasted” label, so you always know when it was roasted. We recommend enjoying your coffee within 4-6 weeks of the roast date for optimal flavor.
To maintain freshness, store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. For the best results, avoid storing it in the refrigerator or freezer.
