At Harmony Brew Café, we take pride in providing high-quality coffee. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and exchange policies below:

Returns and Refunds

  • We do not offer exchanges for coffee due to the nature of the product. However, if you are unsatisfied with a particular roast or blend, please reach out to our team, and we will work on finding a solution, such as a refund or store credit.

Exchanges

  • Perishable Goods (Coffee): Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on any opened or used products. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us at [email] within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a solution.
  • Unopened Items: If your coffee is unopened and still sealed, we will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. You must return the item at your own shipping cost. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please email us at [email] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or incorrect product. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Exceptions

  • Sale Items: Sale or clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Subscription Orders: Subscriptions cannot be returned or refunded once the order is processed. You may, however, cancel future subscription shipments by managing your account settings before the next billing cycle.
